Wet And Wild Narcissi
I honestly felt a little stuck for my Sunday photo this week. Which seems ridiculous considering the number of photographs I take. Don’t you find that your mood dictates how you see a photograph? Some weeks I have trouble selecting which photo to use and sometimes, like today, I battle to see one.
The fact that the sun is shining and the sky is blue is not helping as I feel I should be outside. Which is silly as I’ve taken one of the dogs on a long walk and we cooked dinner outside. And, let’s be honest, there is only so much you can do outside. If it makes you feel better the wind was chilly and we can see snow on the mainland.
Anyway, back to my Sunday photo…
Yesterday a few of us braved the rain (honestly, yesterday was the pits) and headed up into the mini mountains. We were on a mission to find the remains of an ancient church in a cave. It is something we have searched for before and failed. However, I can report that this time we found it… That post is planned for in the week.
Going through the photos, I came across a photograph I took of some wild narcissi. They are such pretty little flowers and are a sure sign that spring is just around the corner. I found my Sunday photo!
These wild narcissi look even prettier covered in nature’s diamonds, don’t you think?
Do narcissi grow wild where you live?
